I have tried to support this salon on several occasions, but unfortunately, today was my last visit. The salon called me to reschedule my daughter's appointment to a later time. My daughter came in wanting a curly hairstyle and had already accepted that, because of her heat damage, she might need a trim. As a supporter of Black owned buisness. I am so DISAPPOINTED that I have to leave this review that initially I said I wouldn't. Please be clear that even when offered a discount on the trim .. I declined because I wanted to pay the full price. I wasn't looking for a discount but for an actual natural hair stylist! I paid and even tipped! Please do not come here if you are LOOSE NATURAL. I called for a consultation,and before even seeing my hair,they guy quoted a price and it could be more depending on size ,he also informed me they was booked for consultation,then says can you come at 4:30 ,very awkward conversation,what’s the point of a consultation if you are quoting prices over the phone,makes me think they just out to scam people, do better!!
