Top notch dentist - couldn’t imagine going anywhere else
This place has gone seriously downhill in the last few years. They keep changing dentists (clearly can't keep one) which makes establishing a rapport with one impossible, the quality of care is low (I've had to have so much dental care that I've had done at this place remedied elsewhere), and the office staff are unorganized, unprofessional and rude (especially Theresa). Would NOT recommend.
This place is a complete joke. They purposely scheduled my son one day before he was eligible for coverage by our insurance — either out of negligence or on purpose, I don't know which is worse. As a result, we got slapped with a $145 bill that should’ve been fully covered had they simply done their job and verified eligibility like any competent office would. Solid dental spot in Dunning. Went in for a cleaning and a crown—everything was smooth. The team was chill and explained things well. Dropped about $150 after insurance. Only downside was a bit of a wait, but nothing too wild. Overall, good experience and would recommend to folks in the area.
This is my wife's and I first time with them. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I haven't been to the dentist for some time and I know my teeth were a mess but Birttany took care of it with patience and dedication. She was so gentle and careful with how she.cleaned my teeth. I would definitely refer them to you all because of this professional and friendly demeanor.
