There no type of hospitality, not professional at all medical staff were laughing at my pain with a fracture knee, got send home with a broken bone and I am still waiting on surgery date
Management staff here have no accountability. I was called 1.5 hrs before my procedure where I had to fast all night, take medicine, take a day off unpaid and organize some one to pick me up and they call with a poor excuse that there was a technical fault with the AC. What a dumb excuse. This shouldn’t have happened and whoever this responsibility falls on should be fired. You have a backup plan in place for failures and not cancellations. Don’t go here.
Harlem Hospital is an uptown general hospital. Cleanness is 5 out of 5, staffs are 5 out of 5. It's a modern hospital. Open 24 hours They don't have their own parking lot for the visitors. Roadside parking 🅿️ outside the hospital available. Most of those parking around the hospital are meter parking.
