I would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered flowers the day before a wake, based on their website indicating that the order would be ready and delivered in time. I received an email confirmation saying I would receive another email confirming delivery. No email, no delivery. I called and left a voicemail, as well as sent an email in hopes of at least having the flowers delivered in time for the funeral the following morning. My friend placed an order for my birthday to be delivered online from a foreign country, the flowers never came. I don’t work far away from this location so I decided to walk there only to see nothing with a business in this name except some Mexican grocery store and all the shutters were closed, we called multiple times and no one answered.What a disgrace, I plan on taking things very far for this company. And reporting them to better business bureau.
This is a TOTAL SCAM. I placed an online order on Thursday morning. They said they could even do same-day delivery, but I scheduled Friday delivery, which was confirmed via email. Then no delivery, no contact, I have called multiple times, I have left voicemail, I have emailed, all with no response. It's four days later, the occasion I needed flowers for has passed. If I can give this company, no stars I would but because I need to write a review I had to put the one star. We ordered flowers three days in advance to be delivered and they canceled our order two hours before delivery date. They send an email instead of calling, and explaining what happened and I think that is so disrespectful. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Shame on you!!!
