This dr is so dismissive of any issues. Another paediatric dr said my son had ADHD then ODD and Dr.Bhandal said he just needed to think happy thoughts. He was positive for a parasite and the office did not let me know and she wanted to wait until he was more sick to treat him. She had him put diaper rash cream on his chapped face without letting me know what it was and he got a rash from it. She was so rude when I was trying to discuss this all with her.
I was going to this doctor for my kids since 2015, she was really great and attentive at first with my daughter. As the years go by and I had 2 more kids I noticed the lack of care. When my youngest was born, another doctor told me to address an issue with my son with his ped which I did do…. Every single visit… for the first 5 years of his life. Dr. Was polite, great with my son and knowledgeable. The lack of a bathroom when you have young kids in there is not acceptable and needs to be fixed, when you’re waiting your turn to be called in and your 4 year old tells you they need to pee you can’t just leave to take them down the road so that’s why there are 4 stars instead of 5.
Dr. Bhandal seen me and my newborn daughter the other day . I was in rough shape and she seen that . She gave great tips and advice to help me and my baby girl out . She went above and beyond to ensure I was leaving in a better mental and physical state as well . That evening and next day things improved for me and my newborn based off of her advice . I’m so grateful .
