Jovoni was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with in touring the unit. However, the property management was a headache and was not at all cooperative.
We used Harland for several years to manage a property in the San Diego area and were very pleased with the services. The staff was friendly and responded promptly to requests. They found excellent tenants for our rental. We would have continued with them but we we decided to move into the house ourselves and no longer need management svcs. Special thanks to Al, Devon, Mark, Paul, and Russell for taking care of us, the house, and our tenants.
