Im using Harland to manage a property of mine in San Diego and am SUPER pleased with their services. The staff is friendly and responds promptly. I want to especially highlight Carissa for her help, her efforts made an amazing impact. She made the process go by quick, smooth and has allowed me to confidently trust their management and methods. These people were incredibly slow. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but then I mentioned the price guarantee on their website where you if find a company that is offering you a better price, they will match it. As soon as I did that, they told me I was harassing them and to go with the other company. These people are a joke. The one woman with a man’s name Devon and Kayvon are jokes.
