The receptionists were unprofessional and unhelpful. Having worked with many law firms, my company and I have never encountered such poor service. Communication was difficult, as I often had to repeat myself multiple times, only to be purposely disconnected mid-sentence. Fortunately, we have since partnered with a professional and competent law firm. I would strongly recommend against engaging with this firm and encourage you to review similar feedback from others who have expressed the same concerns.
