The price was right. The work was done quickly and efficiently. The office staff kept in touch every step of away. I’ve already referred two customers to them.
Harlan was one of two roofing companies I contacted for a quote on a new roof. After meeting with both companies, Harlan was the only company to follow through on providing me an estimate. I was lucky to meet with James, the owner, and he answered all my questions. He is very knowledgeable and I felt I could trust him. Updated Review: Did some chimney flashing for us, the flashing is fine. The siding they replaced was an issue. After back and forth the company did offer to pay for the siding repairs. I am sure their roof work is good, but I would not have them do any siding repairs.
BUYER BEWARE. I have been waiting to write this review until we could resolve some issues, but it seems we cannot. We had Harlan do a very simply chimney reflashing job for us in October. Quote was to remove and replace siding and do the flashing. Well, they did remove and replace siding. They put back the old siding on one side and did new siding on the other. We had a great experience with Harlan throughout the process. We called them to repair, once and for all, a leak that seems to re- appear every 5 years in spite of efforts of other companies. Jason spent nearly 3 hours doing a thorough , well documented inspection and diagnosis taking to really ensure good information, as just part of the estimate process.
