BUYER BEWARE. I have been waiting to write this review until we could resolve some issues, but it seems we cannot. We had Harlan do a very simply chimney reflashing job for us in October. Quote was to remove and replace siding and do the flashing. Well, they did remove and replace siding. They put back the old siding on one side and did new siding on the other. We had a great experience with Harlan throughout the process. We called them to repair, once and for all, a leak that seems to re- appear every 5 years in spite of efforts of other companies. Jason spent nearly 3 hours doing a thorough , well documented inspection and diagnosis taking to really ensure good information, as just part of the estimate process. When we requested. A Quote, Kaleb came out immediately to talk to us. He answered all of our questions to our satisfaction and the estimate was fair & to our liking. We were surprised with an opening right away and the tear off crew showed up the next day Wednesday morning bright & early. They were done in 2 hours. The roofing crew showed up immediately afterwards. And, by Friday at noon, they were done. Harlan Roofing was very good to work with, appropriate pricing and worked their schedule for us. The only thing that keeps us from a five star rating is that the Moss that they cleaned off our roof was left on our bark Landscaping versus being picked up with a drop cloth or something. I'm sure that was just an I'm sure that was just a Small item . Otherwise fully recommend them.
Harlan Roofing did a fantastic job. They did exactly what they said they were gonna do, They showed up exactly on time and to my amazement they got the job done Start to finish in two days. I could not recommend them more highly.
