Sold us a 2004 Ford explorer with the radiator caved in...paid an extra 800 for a warranty have 3000 into this car and then the engine starts knocking told we aren't covered by warranty because warranty holder says change oil every 3,000 miles...harkys says 5,000 but be careful we got our oil changed at 170,000 and they made the sticker out for 177,148 as our time to do another oil change...bc we followed the sticker that harkys gave us the warranty won't cover it.
