We were out-of-towners and they made a quick opening for us, and were sooooo nice!!! Price was great, and amazing customer service!
Interaction was short and sweet. Previously, had a subpar garage not in Harrisburg to work on my Jeep before, left things go I asked them to fix, bad communication etc. Now my battery kept dying, so I call Harkins, they got me in as I told them I needed my car for the weekend. They open at 8AM, by 10AM the next day they not only had full diagnosis but also EXACT ESTIMATE. Picked it up the next day and everything now working great. We were out of towners on a long trip to Maine. Our check engine light came on halfway there and so we called Harkin’s Auto. Having worked in the industry, I know how challenging it is to get a customer with an emergency in last minute, and how difficult it is to work them in-especially a highly rated shop.
