I was in dire need of a new HVAC system so I called Harkey to get an estimate. Darel Ross was in my home that afternoon explaining the best options for my home. A week later I had a new American Standard unit in my home. Installation was done in one day and their employees were awesome…very professional and knowledgeable. I am now using them to do work at a rental home our church has and they are once again doing outstanding work ! First experience with Harkey HVAC. Office staff was very friendly and timely to get an appointment set up for a convenient time. Our Service Tech was on time, professional and very thorough and explained everything he was doing.
No problem with the heat pump but decided sign up for Harkey’s service plan for two check ups a year. The technician checked our heat pump and we discussed the service pkan.
