Had a great experience with Ryan! He came out on a Saturday, was super friendly, quick, and didn’t try to upsell or overcharge. Really appreciated the honest service—will definitely use them again.
Everyone we talked to and worked with at Harkey (office and techs Lucas and Ryan) were 10 out of 10! We have been burned by a few HVAC companies in town and had such a wonderful experience with Harkey. They were able to come out and diagnose our AC issue quickly, locate the needed part, track it down and install it for a very reasonable cost. Would strongly recommend to anyone in the area!

Highly recommend. On 7/15/25 it was 95+ degrees outside and our AC went out about 5pm that afternoon. I called Harkey Heating and Air around 5:30 pm and they would be out the next morning. The next morning a little after 8am Ryan sent a text that he was on his way. He had to rewire the control board because they no longer made the part, replace the the thermostat, and drive to Concord to get a part for the outside unit. We had AC that afternoon. Thanks
