Extremely pleased with our experience. Unfortunately we called Harkey because we wanted a second opinion on our unit. They agreed with the first company however was able to offer a far better deal without even knowing the details of the first quote. The experience was so smooth. The inspection and quoting took one visit. Quotes and contacts were done electronically. They installed a brand new unit next day from 8-3. They even ran into a part problem but resolved it quickly. Happy we decided to get a second opinion.
Kim took my call, listened as I explained our issue, never interrupted me, and politely gathered the information needed to set up a service call. They were able to schedule me the same day... Even that morning. They gave me a 90 minute arrival window and I received a text as soon as the appointment was scheduled and another text once the technician was on his way.
