In 1993 Dr Harkey took the lead role with neurology department, brain doctors, and pediatric doctors to perform a C2 fusion from a crushed vertebra. In 1993- I was 11 years old and I had walked around with a broken neck from the time I was 2 years old. harkey failed twice trying to fix my spinal injury. he caused a blood infection because rods came loose and pinched my skin, cause a sore. DO NOT LET THIS PERSON TOUCH YOU!
