The lady who answers the phone for the water department seems like she hates her job. Life is short, if you are miserable go somewhere that makes you happy. It’s not the paying customers fault you don’t like your job.
Awful smells coming downwind late at night of what I assume is your facility. Can be smelled at Big Oaks Estates mobile home park. Is this normal?
For the last five times I’ve tried to pay my water bill online. It always messes up. I feel like you just wanna collect the extra two dollars.
Shut off my water without even contacting me once by phone or email.
