I have been going here for 5 years or so, and everyone seems nice and professional but today I called because I'm getting medical treatment every Monday and Wednesday and need to reschedule my cleaning next month. They aren't open on fridays, so I asked about a Tuesday or Thursday afternoon appointment and was told we are only filing canceled appointments not making new ones, so you'll have to wait til August for your cleaning.
