I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Harish Gagneja. I was explicitly instructed by his staff to pause a medication until a test was completed. When I came in for a different procedure, it could not be performed specifically because I was not taking that same medication- as directed. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, Dr. Gagneja reacted with visible frustration, tossed a gown back onto the table, and spoke to me and the nurses in a condescending and dismissive manner. I had a follow up appointment with Dr. Gagneja. He was very good about explaining all the ins and outs of my condition. I appreciate his explanations and suggestions for rectifying problems. He is a very patient doctor with a good sense of humor who is interested in his patients lives. The nurse practitioner, Nicole, was also very knowledgeable and knew just the right questions to determine my needs.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel this one is important. The medical staff at this clinic are consistently unfriendly and impatient. Every time I called, they sounded frustrated or annoyed, which makes you wonder why someone would work in patient care if they clearly dislike dealing with patients. The billing team is the same story one of the women is constantly angry and it makes the whole experience stressful. The staff was friendly and professional and there was hardly any waiting. This is my second time and I feel very comfortable. They are awesome!
