I visited the ARC Hester's Crossing clinic on a weekend after being sick with a severe virus for more than a week. I’ve been a patient here for many years, so this experience stood out in a disappointing way. The physician I saw came across as dismissive and disengaged throughout the visit. I gave 1 star because there's no option for 0. She basically baited me by asking me questions that I never needed and charged me as " an office visit " when it was an annual visit. She asked me if I would like to discuss medication options for osteoporosis. I said no. She asked me if I need thyroid medicine. I said no. When I asked her to order lab for vitamin d level, then she asked me if I'm taking vitamin D supplement. I said yes. Then she asked what dosage I'm taking. I answered her question. Not great. Staff is hit or miss. Kaur isn't warm or engaged at all. Always late, which is crazy disrespectful of my time. Pretty shut down and very controlling in the interactions. Doesn't listen or seem to have any empathy or respect. She has very poor bedside manner and I find her to be generally unpleasant. She isn't very detail oriented and doesn't seem very interested in me as a human or her patient. Have had way better providers with far superior care and compassion. This isn't it for me.

I would second another review I saw here. Doctor Harinder seemed largely uninterested in my health, just getting through the appointment.

It took us 4 years for our family to find a primary care physician we liked. We finally found Dr. Kaur and really enjoy her. She is very knowledgeable and caring.
