Terrible customer service, nobody knows anything. I came to my appt the doctor couldn’t even a ETA when he would arrive I was told to wait and wait and if the doctor did come in that 3 ppl were ahead of me.. wow!!! no apologies for the inconvenience and no courtesy call that the doctor wouldn’t be in for the day and no accommodation of rescheduling the appointment still told it will be far out in March smh… just a complete waste of time, energy and gas in my car.
Dr. Balaji has taken care of the Wilson family for many years. He is compassionate, commumicates well, professional, and caring!
