Apparently no one in the entire agency from headquarters in New York to local office in Atlanta understands the word "refund". It's been 2 YEARS!!!!!!!! and they will not refund our $1200 for cancelled tickets. The agent was really good in getting us a good deal but no one responds when it comes to refund. The entire agency seems to be horrible at getting back to customers tickets or refunds - won't pick up calls, won't reply to emails. Worst service ever. Avoid at all costs – Avoid this travel agent in Atlanta if you want peace of mind. We had a terrible experience with them. Even though we were returning customers, we had a terrible experience with their agent Sagin Mamman, who goes by the name Sajan. After he sensed that we could be getting a better deal elsewhere, I called to see if he had a better fare.
