Wonderful treatment from Dr. Ancha and spectacular staff. Very pleased!
Dr Ancha was great, office staff not. I have called every day for 6 days and gone up once to have my results sent to my other dr. I have been told every day the records are sent to me and my other dr, but still no results.
I found Dr Hari Ancha to be professional, courteous, kind, and gentle. He met me before my procedure, answered my questions, alleviating any concerns. He and his staff took excellent care of me, and I give a 5 star recommendation.
I was referred to Dr Ancha for stomach issues I was having. He hurried me through my office and stated he wanted to do a colonoscopy first. On the day of colonoscopy he was running 2 hrs behind and was in a hurry so he ran me through a colonoscopy in less than 15 minutes, He told my family he found a polyp and he would get back to me. His nurse called me a week later and she stated it was all normal and said just come back in 5 yrs.. He clearly never looked at my file before having her call..
Went to Dr. Ancha for colonoscopy. Paid $60 copay for consultation. Recommended colonoscopy & also endoscopy because I have acid reflux. Told Ancha acid reflux well controlled with medication. Advised to have endoscopy. I am not a physician but wondering if endoscopy was necessary. Had procedures & paid $255 out of pocket & received $150 bill after insurance. Follow up visit ordered by Ancha told to pay $60. I left without seeing Dr. Other Dr's I have seen did not charge for follow up visits.
