Stephen's team does a great job. I’m a repeat customer for them. 1st home sold in 2021 needed some modest repairs and he took care of it at a very reasonable cost. The home sold quickly and at the asking price. 2nd home sold in 2025 was for an estate sale and needed a lot of work. His group took care of everything (new roof, all new appliances, all new HVAC units, building retain walls for backyard with a new deck and more). This was a high end home and they did a quality job.
