The most unbelievable HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. The new trays Hargrove Construction installed were defective. When installed we mentioned the obvious damage and the representative of Hargrove Construction said we had to wait to have plants installed. Once plants arrived trays were leaking and defective. We called owner and he made excuses why it didn’t get done correctly and insisted it only needed silicone . Gerald Hargrove is holding our $20,000 hostage. We're close to 18 weeks and Gerald has failed to provide a useable product or a refund. When we asked for a refund he lied and said he shipped it. Almost a week later it actually shipped. When the product arrived to the facility it was poorly painted, constructed, and palletized. He also forgot flood trays which we ordered and paid for!
