I have used Hargreaves for 3 projects, and the first two were a great experience, but the last has not been the same. They made a whole bunch of assumptions which were wrong and when I asked them to correct these I got charged for changing requirements. They did not even bother to tell me that I was being charged extra and they just held my drawings to ransom so I really had no choice, but to pay. The Hargreaves team took on our project during the middle of Covid and it was a very long, tedious process to obtain approvals from various entities but Rose our Building Designer supported us all the way! She was patient and chased/followed up on approvals for us relentlessly. Highly recommend the Hargreaves Pakenham team who was managing our renovation project.

From initial phone enquiry through to completion of drawings to satisfy permit requirements the team at Hargreaves were great to deal with . They were professional and showed a genuine interest in the job and its satisfactory completion in a timely manner . In particular i was dealing with Nick and Rosmy who i wouldnt hesitate to use again or recommend .

We have been working with Harvan Design to create the plans for our first home. Alicia is our building designer and she has been so great to work with. She is really easy to communicate with and always gets back to us by the timeline she advises. She has added some amazing design features and ideas to our plans and really helped us design the best home for us. We are so happy with the service we have received from Harvan Design. I approached Harvan Design to get drawings done for a deck/verandah. I dealt with Nick who was excellent throughout the process; very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The cost was very reasonable and plans were completed in good time. I highly recommend Harvan Design for a stress-free and professional experience.
