During the recent freeze event in Lafayette we had a burst pipe. I was offshore at the time and my wife was without water. I did research via Reddit to see who people were using and I ended up calling Hargrave. They required a $150 deposit that did not apply towards the work being performed because in so many words "they were busy". Once onsite they quoted $850 to cut a 6inch section of sheetrock and replace a copper line with PEX. No sheetrock repair.
