Affordable modern apartaments. It was a great deal for a 2 bedroom with all utilities included. I used the gym regularly. Antonio the property manager was awesome during our time in a 2 bedroom unit.
The application process and moving in was so smooth thanks to Antonio. We looked at several different apartments and never had this efficient communication and that was why we chose this place. This apartment is also large dog friendly with parks nearby for them.
I've lived in this building for 2 years and so far it was my favourite place to live given that I moved in and out of apartments for 7 times now. Antonio, building manager, was always attentive to my issues and comments and was always super sweet with my dogs! He accommodated my move out date and made sure to provide me with all info and details. He is very pleasant to deal with and actually treated me very good unlike the last manager. I stayed for 2 years in Hargrave Place and since the beginning my initial experience was great. The first manager Olivia was welcoming and polite. The apartment was in excellent conditions. Stuff members were always polite. This place is an absolute nightmare, and it all starts with the resident manager, Antonio. I honestly don't know how they still have a job. Their level of incompetence and disregard for residents is truly astounding. From the moment I moved in, it's been one issue after another. Maintenance requests? Forget about them. Their response time is non-existent, and when they finally do show up, it's a shoddy fix that lasts about two days. It's clear they don't care about the living conditions here.
