I have been living in this property since September. It's really nice. With the new managing company things got even better. I've sent 2 maintenance requests that were done within the same day. The new building manager Antonio is supper friendly and helpful. Good memories about this place. Very reasonable pricing.
I have been living at this property for years, and Antonio, the new property manager, has been a breath of fresh air. He’s professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the tenants. Communication is always clear, and he handles things with understanding and efficiency. If this level of service continues, the building is in great hands.
The building recently changed owners and the management was also updated, it's nice to see smiling faces for a change, the staff in general is very friendly and always react quickly to solve any problem that may arise. We recommend it 100%
I am recent immigrant to Canada and everything was pretty confusing at first, especially renting my first apartment on my own. I had so many questions and needed a lot of help to figure things out (I must have been annoying with all my questions lol). The building itself has some great views, especially during the night and is very central with underground parking but some renovations would be very welcome.
