My Carrier AC started acting funny so I gave Hargrave a call. The tech came and re-checked everything and it turned out to be a Carrier software issue. I’ve been pulling my hair trying to figure it out. Re-assurance from Carrier experts calmed me down. I recommend you everyone to sign up for their Maintenance plan. It costs $40 per month and includes two maintainable checks and one service appointment per year. Given that one typical HVAC call costs $150, that deal is a steal.
Kevin and his team were excellent!! Helped us get a new commercial rooftop A/C unit after ours broke down. Custom fit as well, works like a beauty. Happy customer!!!
