Professional from beginning to end I liked the idea that the company is family owned and has been in business since 1986. The proposal was done by a family member and the crew foreman that did the actual lifting was also "family". They were professional from beginning to end and patiently answered all my uninformed questions throughout the process. They conscientiously respected our plants and bushes and when the job was done, the clean-up was immaculate.
Great for pier and beam adjustments Mr. James came and fixed our sagging house from below! We did not even have to move out all the furniture. We were very pleased with the work, and it was a tricky fix. Have them out for an estimate at least.
Dependable and Professional Hargrave did the foundation repair for our house. They recommend only what is needed at the time, which is why they came on two separate occasions to do work for us. Both times they were reasonable and very easy to work with. We are very pleased with the work they have done with our house.
Helpful. I had them come back out after a repair in 1996 on the foundation perimeter due to some new interior movement in my home. They were prompt, friendly, professional and informative. They did not try to sell us the addition of more piers or lowering the foundation. They referred us to another company that specialized in interior repairs and they too were very helpful. I would recommend them for future repairs due to their continuing customer service even 12 years after the initial repair.
