You will hate it. Nothing on the brochure is accurate. You will absolutely dislike everything about it. Definitely not worth the $48 yearly lot increase for starters. Worst management ever. Pets under 35 pounds. Pool passes now $15. Constant nagging and price gauging on the water & sewage bills. Water is shut off a lot without proper notice & they have one big meter for everyone.
