Worst response time and highest price of any HVAC I've ever tried to use. I requested a quote for a replacement of two commercial systems for my building in Rosedale. It took a month to get the quote and it was twice the price of the nearest other quote (higher by $62,000!). I followed up with questions about the quote and never even got a response.
I had contacted them for an estimate on a new HVAC unit in a property that I manage. They told me it would be a free estimate and I was very clear that the unit was dead and I needed an estimate on replacement not a service call. They sent a service tech out who said it needed to be replaced and would need someone else to look at it. Sent someone else out and have yet to send me an estimate on replacement. Service was bad came in and wasted hours of our time. This was for a reach in freezer with a leak. We ended up getting overcharged for something that was not fixed.
