I love Dr Harford! She is compassionate and really cares about her patients. She takes the time necessary to fully understand their needs and concerns, and explains her treatment plan and suggested options. I would HIGHLY recommend this doctor. If she is running behind schedule it is because she is giving another patient the same care she will give you! She is worth the wait!
She is considerate and empathetic. She carefully reviews all test findings with me and answers all questions along with teaching when I did not understand.
Dr. Harford, Dr. Stockford, and their staff is wondering, very respectful and great bedside manners. I always feel like I am their only patient. My family have been patients of Drs. Harford and Stockford for about 18 years, on and off. We only had to stop seeing them for a period of time where my husband's employer was offering Kaiser, but, as usual, we have returned to being patients again of Drs. Harford and Stockford!

The staff here isn't friendly at all. They don't return phone calls, I feel like I have to be on top of them constantly calling them to confirm they did what they said they were going to do. I felt very unwelcome due to their rudeness. I dont like going there and soon going to change doctors because I dont like how the staff is not helpful at all. The doctor answered all of my questions during the appointment. I was glad to get some useful information. The doctor was very friendly, and made me feel welcome.
It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I really like the chairs they have in their waiting room. They are high quality and comfortable. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I love Dr. Harford. She is a wonderful doctor and is very competent! But the office staff is the exact opposite. No one calls back even if they say they will.. prescriptions are not always called in on time. Time to clean house!
