Howard Schultheiss has come to my father's house twice since the outbreak of Covid-19. The first time he came I was not there and Mr. Schultheiss, I found out, had not worn a mask throughout his visit with my dad. I second time he came out to the house he wasn't wearing a mask either, so I asked him to put one on.
