I can't say enough good things about this practice. I see Chris at the practice and he has helped me so much. He truly cares about you as a person and wants to make sure that you are doing well and that the medication works for you specifically. The staff is incredible and always working with you with any insurance and billing questions. Also, scheduling and getting refills is so easy. Thank you Harford Health and Wellness for truly changing my life.
Dr. Dave is amazing! He really hears you and has been incredibly helpful and supportive. The front desk staff is great as well. Highly recommend!
Once my insurance changed and was no longer accepted, they called the day of the appointment to inform me I’m no longer a patient, gave me a number, and sent me on my way. No word from my psychiatrist, no final email, no advice on where to go from here, no encouragement, anything that could possibly help or guide someone that’s struggling. If I could give 0 stars I would. Had an appointment with Brandon Phillips… he interrogated me like I was a felon. When I told him my health history (POTS syndrome) he told me that was a made up diagnosis when i was diagnosed by more than one doctor/specialist with it. Then when discussing my meds he told me the antidepressants I was currently taking were the only ones that worked then proceeded to tell me he wasn’t going to write me another prescription because I didn’t need them.
