Once my insurance changed and was no longer accepted, they called the day of the appointment to inform me I’m no longer a patient, gave me a number, and sent me on my way. If I could give 0 stars I would. Had an appointment with Brandon Phillips… he interrogated me like I was a felon. When I told him my health history (POTS syndrome) he told me that was a made up diagnosis when i was diagnosed by more than one doctor/specialist with it. Then when discussing my meds he told me the antidepressants I was currently taking were the only ones that worked then proceeded to tell me he wasn’t going to write me another prescription because I didn’t need them. I've been seeing Chris M for a couple months now and he has to be the smartest man alive. He re diagnosed me with the things I actually and gave me the right meds that I need but that weren't over medicating me.
I’ve been seeing Latoya Victor for over a year now and I am so thankful for her help. She takes time to get to know me and understand my needs. She holds me accountable for medication adherence without being judgy. She has never rushed with my and I’m a talker!
