Staff doesn't take your conditions seriously, forcibly discharges you without helping connect you to any other resources, and cuts you loose to drown on your own out of spite. My daughter works with Erin and Jeannette, as well as a whole team for her IEP and each and every one of them has been so incredibly kind, patient, loving and helpful. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done and continue to do. Thank you all!
One of the most inefficient government agencies I've ever had to deal with. The amount of time spent on the "little" guys, is appalling. They wasted weeks of my time to review my permit then only came out for a site visit for less than 20 seconds (not exaggerating) and issued me 15k worth of tests on my septic tank.
