When your surgery is scheduled a month in advance, and they decide to change it, don't expect a call like this: Hi Mr/Mrs XX we are calling to let you know we had to move your appt time to 3 hours later due to a necessary change in "OUR" schedule. Instead expect this: This is a reminder to let you know to be here for your surgery on X/X/21 at (3 hrs later than your scheduled time). Horrible had a 1pm appointment was told to come back in a hour and a half came back two hours later and they had not even been seen yet

All I have to say is if you are really hurt and an attorney tries to send you here don’t go.

Showed up for surgery at the time that was written on the paper. Waited out in the waiting room for an hour before I asked when we were going to be taken back. They told us our surgery was at a different time and not for another hour. Didn’t receive a phone call, a warning or nothing. Receptionist was nasty and the doctor was an hour late. I hope to never come here again
