I had my 1st consult on Jan 8th. I spent an hour talking to a Mr. Jackson to start therapy services. I was told I should receive a phone call by the end of the week to schedule my 1st therapy session. I called 2 weeks after to check on the process of my appt & was told that the young lady who schedules the appts was off at first and later told she was sick. Good Treatment, and Everyone There Cares About the Patients and Families
Absolutely dumbfounded by the lack of professionalism at this place... I went here every week myself from 2009 thru 2015. I chose this place for my 7 year old daughter (who asked for therapy) because my experience here was good. I called and asked if virtual therapy would be available for her because we live in northern Harford County and was told that it was, but that she would have to come in for the first appointment.
