Troy Hare is truly a miracle worker. I have a 6-7 year old heating/cooling system that was installed by a well-known and heavily advertised company here in Virginia Beach. Both units decided to mal-function in the most spectacular of ways and, despite having a 10 year parts and labor warranty, the company either ignored me, charged me an exorbitant fee or provided such poor and incompetent service that I had to find someone else immediately.
