We had a lovely dinner out...outside and thoroughly enjoyed the patio and the food.....and the wine and beer! One of our favorite spots!
Thank you Patti for catering our party at Overmountain vineyard. It was very short notice and you pulled it off without a hitch. What an amazing experience especially since I came in from out of town and was not familiar with the area. The food and presentation was fantastic. Can wait to go back and have a dine in experience. You guys ROCK!!!!
This was our first time there and we received excellent service from our waitress from Lori.The owner Patty was there and I made sure to let her know of the service and food! we will definitely be back to The Hare and the Hound and the town of Landrum!

Have loved this place since it opened but on Monday this week we were in town from NC for a funeral and chose to eat here thinking they would be watching sanitation. We were SHOCKED that the waiters were not even wearing masks. No patrons seemed to have on masks. We kept ours on until server brought food and left. He was standing directly over us talking right down onto us. No consideration we are in the elderly category and needed to feel safe! Food is consistently delicious. Fun, relaxed atmosphere. Service is usually very good. Great variety of menu choices - something for everyone! Wonderful neighborhood pub!
