I was looking at a new car on the floor that had leather seats. It did not show an upcharge for the leather seats. When I went to sit down with a salesperson (******) to discuss price, there was not an upcharge for the the leather seats. However, when the manager came over he told me there would be an upcharge for the leather seats of $1999. . This was never listed anywhere on the sticker or or the price. there is no rating low enough we've spend thousands and thousands and more thousands at the dealership; in general they do the work, but pressure you to leave car and call that there is more (expensive) stuff necessary this time, made and confirmed appointment for recall, when i arrived, i was ignored and finally got the attention of one of about 10 employees sitting at desks, was told they could not do recall work, NOT EVEN WILLING TO CHECK IF THEY HAD PART (it was a recall), threatened to hold the car when i asked them to ... read more
Took my vehicle in to simply have a product safety fix installed. I even said as much when I brought the vehicle in. Two hours later my vehicle was ready and I was handed a Multi-Point Inspection Form with several items identified as requiring IMMEDIATE ATTENTION: 1) The brake fluid needed replacement - no description was provided for why it needed to be replaced. Hare Honda; ****, *******; this is the worst car dealership ever!!!! They do not know how to treat customers, they need no customers or paychecks the way they treat retired people!!! They cant be trusted!!! Just bought a CRV which was allegedly a "loaner" so I was game. Car is fine, dealership is untrustworthy. We will roll with this, but they slipped one over one me (do not trust dealer ***********************).
Total incompetence of their finance department and even worse customer service. I bought a used car from them over a month ago. A week ago, I get a frantic text (how professional... ) that I needed to come in ASAP that night to resign new paperwork. It turns out that they forgot to turn in all the paperwork for my approved loan, and the bank sent it back to them. They needed the car back so they could "reset it" and redo the paperwork. I have taken my car to Hare Honda to be serviced many times and been happy with the service until recently. I took my car in for an oil change and stated I had a problem with starting my car. They changed the oil, and the paperwork I received stated that my battery was good. I went back a few days later and said there was still a problem with starting my car.
