What a fantastic experience. If you’ve not been to the salon in a while and have anxiety around going Carrie is so kind, her professionalism is so warm and knowledgeable, and the space is so inviting that you’ll forget your nerves. She went above and beyond any expectations I could have had. She deserves all the 5 star and then some.

I went to Carrie for the first time, as I’d just moved to the cities in June. It was an Amazing experience. She started out dry cutting, which I loved, as it gave such a good idea of how it would lay naturally. When she washes your hair, she lays a warm towel over your eyes/forehead while massaging your scalp. We had good conversation, but I also feel like she would pick up if someone preferred a less talkative visit as well. She takes her time to make sure you walk out happy.

I am so happy I came across Carrie and her salon! I have only trusted a few hands to cut my hair before and was nervous to go to someone new. From the easy scheduling, wonderful availability options (especially for those with extremely busy lives), great communication, and the cozy atmosphere she created within her salon, I knew I was in good hands. Carrie is amazing. My hair comes out exactly how I want every time. As a curly girl that doesn't always happen. She does my hair and my curly haired son.
