excellent customer service
We came in on a Wednesday night. The customer service was delightful. However the wings were all bone and soggy (what meat there was) and the sauce was runny like soup and flavorless. For $55 I am super bummed. That’s a lot of bucks for such disappointing wings.

Absolutely the best chicken wings/legs we have ever had, as well as the grilled chicken sandwich and hamburger-bar none! Very friendly and definitely going back.
Always a pleasure eating at Hardy’s! The new location is fantastic! “The best burgers, fries, wings, & Ice Cold Coca-Cola in Bend!” Oh and for dessert don’t forget The Licorice Ice Cream !!
I had an issue with my to go order being made incorrectly. My husband ordered just a burger to bring home for me. I can't eat gluten, so he ordered it without a bun. The order was correct on the ticket, but what I actually got was wrong. When he brought it home, I opened the box, and there was a bun and gluten covered french fries. Super disappointing, since I had been looking forward to it all afternoon. I messaged Hardy's through fb two days ago to make it right. I got zero response.
