According to a tree expert, our expensive Red Bud tree was planted too deep and died. No relief from Hardy. Installation was rushed and amateur. Very disappointed in their follow up service for even more money. Beware!
Beware! I wish I could give them ZERO stars. They are dishonest and unprofessional!! We purchased a tree and paid extra for the warranty. The tree looked healthy when we picked it off the lot, but looked dead by the time the planted it in our yard. We asked them to replace it but they kept telling us it was just in shock and to keep waiting. Several months later they agreed to replace it, but they gave us a dead tree.
