Hardy & Sons exceeded our expectations. My brother and I planned our mother’s service from the other side of the country. Billy kept in consistent contact and also made sure to keep both of us in the know for every detail. The funeral home is gorgeous, warm, and very clean. They displayed the flowers sent to us in the perfect spots. They also staged an urn for her that we ended up buying because it felt like it was made for her. My family has and will always go to Hardys. They are wonderful and are like family.
I’m deeply disappointed with the service I received during an already difficult time. When I reached out to Hardy & Son to inquire about the delivery of flowers for my uncle (because our family had not seen them at the funeral), I was met with a curt, rude response from Hardy & Son. This dismissive attitude was not only unprofessional but also added to our grief during an emotional moment. They handled my dad with such great care, they were very attentive to the small details and wonderful with me during the most emotional time of my life after loosing my dad. They have handled four generations of our family for this very reason, and we will continue to always use Hardy and Son when needed.
