It took me 7 years to finally write this review. You hire a realtor to sell your house — not to pressure you into accepting an offer that is $700,000 below your asking price while insisting it’s the best deal you can get, simply so they can secure their commission. What made this even more disappointing was realizing that Ben had also represented the purchaser who bought my neighbour’s house at a very similar price. The communication was consistent, and easy despite the time changes between us. I would recommend Matt and his team to anyone looking to buy from another province or country.
