Was referred to them by Bryant AC company to replace the motor on our AC fan. When I called Joe was very rude, was planning on charging us $155 bucks just to come in and look when we already knew the part that needed to be replaced was the motor. Basically up charging is for a part that is covered under warranty. After the rude interaction I called back the company who came to our home for a free evaluation and asked them to order the part and that we will PAY for it. They are knowledgeable, and their team members are skilled, polite and well-spoken. I've used them for over two decades and think they're very good.
James & Tyler spent a good part of today fixing a leak and replacing an evaporator coil in my unit. Not sure what it all means but I had no A/C and now I do! They were courteous, clean and very knowledgable. Thanks Hardy!
