Unreliable, no phone calls, never showed up. There are better options out there then this place
Total garbage company. They don't show up.
Was referred to them by Bryant AC company to replace the motor on our AC fan. When I called Joe was very rude, was planning on charging us $155 bucks just to come in and look when we already knew the part that needed to be replaced was the motor. Basically up charging is for a part that is covered under warranty. After the rude interaction I called back the company who came to our home for a free evaluation and asked them to order the part and that we will PAY for it.
