Dr. Li, Lettie and Emily were well beyond amazing!! While several elements of my experience were not the best (this was my experience and not that of everyone or even the majority); I have found that customer service is important within this brand. I will give kudos to the fluidity of an appointment. They do seem to have their process set up for best use of the customer's time. Myetedr New Braunfels, TX mixed reviews. Dr. Li, Lettie and Emily were amazing!! Front desk far from amazing. When placing original order I failed to request blue light coating and tint. I called and asked for Emily and was rudely informed that she was busy with customers and couldn't take my call but a message would be left. I called 5 hours later and was told the same thing and again it was rude; at this point I stated my order should be cancelled as it can't be corrected - "I'll print it and put it on her desk". Had a slight emergency with my glasses that I purchased elsewhere, I went in fully expecting to pay for the repair. 10-15 minutes later they were fixed. They wouldn’t even permit me to pay for the parts. They treated me as if I were an old friend! Next time I get my eye exam I will be going here! They’ve earned my loyalty with a small gesture!
