Everybody I spoke to was very kind and I love the glasses they have.
Let me start by saying that customer service is top-tier! I had an annual eye exam and from the moment I wanted in, Krysta greeted me with a warm welcome. The paperwork was quick and easy! I then met with Letty before my exam and she talked me through the process. Eye exams make me nervous but she calmed my nerves. I then checked out with Bradon! He was a pleasure to work with. Dr Hardy and Hill Country Eye Associates provide simply the best eye care I have ever received. They have the latest technology allowing a thorough exam and care for your eyes .

My experience with the eye dr was great, 5 stars. But I would not recommend buying glasses or contacts from them. I spent 1500$ and when I went to pick them up nothing but a bag. They did not ask me to see if I wanted to try them on to see if I liked them or needed adjustments nope nothing not even a thank you.
