This place has now become a joke. Front desk staff are combative. Wait time to receive a printed copy of near prescription and far prescription, as requested from the time I walked in.... was ridiculous. STILL didn't get them when I left. Prepare to spend time here. I've waited an hour and a half. I miss the Landa/Walnut office that was Dr. Hardy's... My family & I will not return to this office. This is the 4th time dealing with such a lack of comprehension and filling simple requests.
Wow, I didn’t know buying eye glasses would be a fun experience…. The staff (Dotti) and everyone was in a good mood, had great music playing, and made the experience fun!! They accepted my eye insurance and had a great collection of eye wear! I went with Tom Ford!
I scheduled an appointment a few days ago, and unfortunately, the entire experience felt like one sales pitch after another. Immediately upon checking in, I was told my appointment would cost around $200 after insurance because I was going to see the doctor, get fitted for new contacts, and get new glasses. I asked whether my prescription from last year was still valid, and they told me it was valid until December. My daughter has had glasses since kindergarten, the staff here is so amazing! Truly warms my heart seeing them care so much and helping her pick out glasses
My husband and I had appointments at the location off of Hwy 46. Dr. Mason and her staff were absolutely amazing. Lily was super sweet during the intake and Dr. Mason made our visit extremely comfortable and fun. I can't forget to mention Dottie, who checked us out. She went above and beyond for us and can't forget her bubbly personality. We were so thankful for her!
