Myetedr New Braunfels, TX mixed reviews. Dr. Li, Lettie and Emily were amazing!! Front desk far from amazing. When placing original order I failed to request blue light coating and tint. I called and asked for Emily and was rudely informed that she was busy with customers and couldn't take my call but a message would be left. I called 5 hours later and was told the same thing and again it was rude; at this point I stated my order should be cancelled as it can't be corrected - "I'll print it and put it on her desk". Had a slight emergency with my glasses that I purchased elsewhere, I went in fully expecting to pay for the repair. 10-15 minutes later they were fixed. They wouldn’t even permit me to pay for the parts. They treated me as if I were an old friend! Next time I get my eye exam I will be going here! They’ve earned my loyalty with a small gesture!
