This dealership was a waste of time. They string you along saying that they can and will match a quote from another dealership. Only after running your credit (not even using them for financing) and driving all the way out there they tell me they can't match the price. This dealership is a waste of time. I recommend going elsewhere for a better price and service.
I made an appointment this past Friday for a regular scheduled oil change. This appointment was scheduled 2 weeks in advance and for their earliest time spot available (8am). After waiting for nearly 2 hours and seeing everyone who came after me leave before me, I asked one of the advisors what’s going on with my truck.
