I have sold two homes using Steve Hardy & Co‘s listing service, it has been absolutely amazing. I saved $18K between the 2 homes, using the flat fee listing instead of the 3% seller’s agent commission. And, quite honestly, it was nice to take my own property photos, write my own property description, and negotiate directly on my behalf.
