Outstanding craftsmanship !!! We own a 104 year old Craftsman bungalow in St Petersburg. We've had the pleasure of doing business with Hardwood Specialists on two occasions and could not be happier with the results. Terry and his team, on the first job, refinished our downstairs floors and installed oak flooring on our upstairs. The results and quality of his work was exceptional. Holes in the floor were left unfilled. When I asked for this to be corrected gray filler was used which looks terrible and doesn’t match the filler used on other areas of the floor. There was plenty of communication until I paid the invoice. Now the person I was working with won’t respond.
We used Hardwood Specialists in our newly purchased home and very happy with the transformation. Terri the owner helped us choose the right product to achieve the look we wanted. His installation team did a great job and navigated some tricky areas of the house. Two years later we continue to be very pleased and guests in our home note our flooring. We feel like we made a very good investment!
