Purchased our Brazilian Cherry flooring from Hardwood Outlet in Penfield, NY. After shopping around for nearly 3 weeks, We stopped into Hardwood Outlet and made our purchase. By far, this place had the best prices and provided the best service of all the places we visited. Owners are very knowledgeable and they go out of their way to make sure you are a happy customer. Finally a Hardwood Flooring retailer that tries to understand the customers needs fist before trying to sell anything. Before going to Hardwood OUTLET, I called around to to a bunch of other flooring retailers to come and take some measurements for me and recommend some prices. They all said they would call me back and schedule something and never did. This place is a must visit for hardwood flooring! I loved the ton of choices to choose from for my hardwood flooring. Ended up buying 400 square feet of the Kempas. Great place to do business with. Very friendly and great service! Absolutely recommend you check them out! They even came out and did a measurement free of charge!

I purchased the Kempas hardwood flooring from Hardwood Outlet in Penfield. My hardwood flooring was delivered and installed within 2 weeks of my purchase. They delivered the hardwood 1 week in advance of the installation date and placed it inside the house and explained to me that the wood had to be acclimated to the house temperature for about a week before installing. I spent a lot of time recently looking for quality hardwood flooring and visited a whole bunch of places and then one of my co-workers told me about Hardwood OUTLET in Penfield. I drove out there from Chili last week and I was blown away by their selection of hardwood flooring. They had a ton of samples that were displayed on their walls and even had a bunch of larger samples installed in their showroom floor. I recently purchased 600 SQF of Brazilian Cherry hardwood flooring from Hardwood OUTLET LLC and I absolutely loved the service I received from these guys. I told them I would do the install myself and they loaned me all of the tools and showed me how to install the flooring.
