After reading reviews I couldn't believe that this company did that good of a job. I had to call them 3 times to come back to fix stuff. I have a new home that had carpet upstairs and hardwood on lower level. I wanted to replace the carpet on the 2nd level with hardwood floor and my steps.. This was the second time we have had work done by Hardwood Floors Plus. It was not a decision for us when we needed this additional work done. We went straight to Camy. The professionalism and perfection we experienced in the first job (install and replace hardwood flooring) was just as evident in this job (luxury vinyl plank and carpeting).
