Fabian did my flooring and made the process so stress-free. He gave me my estimate, was flexible, gave me product recommendations and communicated so much throughout the process. I felt that he and his employees were knowledgeable and used to seeing all types of challenging things throughout the installation. I went from an engineered floor to a waterproof laminate so the height was different. I recently had Fabian and his sons install new hardwood floors throughout the main level of my home, and I have to say this was one of the best decisions I've made in years. I'm usually a hardcore DIY guy and almost never hire outside help for big projects like this, but someone recommended Fabian so highly that I decided to take a chance. I am glad I did. Fabian and his team did an outstanding job on our floors. They removed carpets from all of the bedrooms and replaced with new hardwood, and then restrained our existing floors to match. You’d never know that there used to be carpet- the transitions are perfect. We loved that this is a family-run business and they really care about the quality of the work that they do.
Fabian and his sons did an incredible job refinishing our hardwood floors!! We just bought a house that looks like the floors were torn up by a dog for 10 years - I was nervous we had to replace wood, but nope! They were able to sand everything to look perfect and had it done in just three days! They also had some great recommendations for us on the best products use to keep it looking this nice too.
Fabian and his crew did an excellent job with refinishing hardwood floors in our new house before we moved in, even working through the weekend to meet our deadline of being in the house by the end of the month. He gave us great insight in our decisions about the floor and what type of finish we were looking for. Our floors are red oak and they came out absolutely beautiful.
